This is a great versatile spicy Chili Olive Oil and it’s so easy to make! Drizzle it on soups, salads, pasta or anything you would use olive oil in.
Makes 1 Cup
- 1 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 8 Dried Chilies – Thai, Chile de Arbol or spicy red chili of your choice
Add oil and chilies to a small pot. Turn the stove on, in between low and medium-low and let simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool then pour into a jar.
