This luscious vinaigrette is subtly sweet but pleasantly savory at the same time. The figs and feta combine so well together. This dressing is great on any fresh salad or even as a dip for bread, fruits or veggies : )
Once I started to make my own salad dressing and realized how simple and flavorful it was, I couldn’t eat the store bought dressings anymore. The best part is, you know exactly what ingredients are in it.
Recipe – Approx. 1 Cup
- 1 Cups (about 7 – 10) Fresh Figs – quartered
- 3 Tablespoons Cup Feta Cheese
- 1/4 Cup + 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 Cup Champagne Vinegar
- 1 Small Clove Garlic
- 1/8 Teaspoon Sea Salt
Cut the stems off the figs and put into a food processor or blender, measure all the other ingredients and puree until smooth.
