As I mentioned in my last post, I have been working on an Inner Child course. It has been a fruitful and challenging journey to date. What is interesting is that Robby is also doing his own form of Inner Child work. He started writing his life story a few years back. The original intention was to document the critical events of his life but something interesting started happening as he progressed. As he wrote, more memories kept coming to the surface. This forced him to process and release a lot of old past traumas. It has been an interesting process to watch, to say the least. I feel like this is something that could benefit everyone. All of these repressed emotions can cause so much havoc in the body leading to a lot of health and mental issues.
