This Savory Blood Orange Vinaigrette has the most incredible citrus highlights. The shallots, garlic and mustard lend the savory quality. Savory Blood Orange Vinaigrette Recipe:
Approx. 2 Cups
Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup Blood Orange Juice - fresh squeezed
- 1 Teaspoon Blood Orange Zest - micro planed
- 2 Shallots - minced
- 2 Cloves Garlic - minced
- 1 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Champagne Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Sherry Vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt
- Dash Black Pepper

Add the mustard, orange juice, orange zest and salt to a medium bowl then whisk together.

Next whisk in the champagne vinegar, sherry vinegar and then slowly whisk in the olive oil. Stir in the garlic and shallots.
