Savory Blood Orange Vinaigrette Recipe:

Approx. 2 Cups

Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Blood Orange Juice - fresh squeezed
  • 1 Teaspoon Blood Orange Zest - micro planed
  • 2 Shallots - minced
  • 2 Cloves Garlic - minced
  • 1 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Champagne Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Sherry Vinegar
  • 1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt
  • Dash Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Add the mustard, orange juice, orange zest and salt to a medium bowl then whisk together.
  2. Next whisk in the champagne vinegar, sherry vinegar and then slowly whisk in the olive oil. Stir in the garlic and shallots.
