Rosemary Garlic Almonds - CaliZona

3 Cups

Ingredients

  • 3 Cup Raw Almonds
  • 3 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 to 6 Garlic Cloves - minced by hand
  • 3 Tablespoons to a 1/4 Cup Fresh Rosemary
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pimenton hot paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, mix the almonds with olive oil and sea salt.
  3. Pick the leaves of the fresh rosemary sprig, mince garlic by hand (a garlic press, will make it crumps of garlic) and add to the almonds and stir well.
  4. Spread out on a cookie sheet and bake for 16 - 18 minutes.

Recipe Notes

*They won't be crunchy until cooled completely.
