Cilantro Stem Manchego Pesto

Approx.  2 Cups

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups of Cilantro Stems
  • 1 Cup Raw Walnuts
  • 1/2 Cups Manchego Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Add everything to the bowl of a food processor or blender and puree.
  2. You can use the leaves if you don't have enough stems.
