Tomato Basil Almonds

Recipe: 3 Cups

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Raw Almonds
  • 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Tomato Paste
  • 3/4 Cup Basil - minced
  • 2-3 Cloves Garlic-  minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a medium-size bowl, add the olive oil, almonds, tomato sauce, garlic and basil and sea salt then mix well and spread evenly onto a baking sheet.

  3. Bake for 18 - 20 minutes.
  4. Let cool completely.

Recipe Notes

If your almonds aren't crunchy, you can put them back in the oven for a couple more minutes. You have to let them cool completly first or you won't be able to tell as they are soft when warm.
