Dill Asiago Pesto

Approx. 1 1/2 cups

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Fresh Dill Leaves
  • 3/4 Cup Raw Walnuts
  • 3/4 Cup Aged Asiago Cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 - 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt or to taste

Instructions

  1. Pick off the leaves, or for the most part, you can grab one end of the stem and pull all the leaves off at once.
  2. Measure all ingredients and add everything to a food processor or blender.
  3. Blend until well combined. Make sure to scrape the sides at least once.
