Feta Vinaigrette Recipe:

Makes 2 Cups

Ingredients

  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 Cup Sheep Feta Cheese
  • 1 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup Champagne Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Add garlic to a food processor or blender and mince.
  2. Add all the other ingredients and blend well.
