This is a very simple tahini sauce made exactly how I like it, smooth and creamy! There are so many ways to use tahini sauce; like on falafel, sandwiches, as a dip for veggies and toasted pita. It is also used in dips like hummus and Baba ghannouj.
I absolutely love a simple tahini sauce like this one. Some people use parsley, which is also good, but I prefer it smooth and creamy. I make falafels often and I can never seem to get enough tahini sauce, because I like them saucy.
